The SYNTHARON Council Seal: an open orbital circle around two interlocking S forms and a central diamond SYNTHARON

Minds United.
Limits Broken.

The promise

Definiteness of purpose plus daily action plus a Master Mind gets results.

SYNTHARON makes all three effortless to start and very hard to quit. Not with hype, but with a ritual you can measure, a plan you can revise, and people who expect you to show up.

Personal development built on your own effort. Results depend on your circumstances and the work you put in. SYNTHARON makes no income or health claims.

01 / The daily system

Thirty minutes required.
Sixty is the goal.

Three parts to every day. Each one is short, concrete, and leaves evidence behind.

Morning Ignition · about 10 minutes

Say it. See it. Choose it.

  • Statement Recitation with Proof of Recitation: on-device speech recognition follows along as you read your Chief Aim aloud and highlights each word. No tapping through it.
  • Theater of the Mind: a two-to-four minute guided visualization of the end state, then today's key action going well.
  • Today's Path lesson and its exercise.
  • Today's Commitment: one to three plan actions, each with an if-then trigger.
The Forge · 30 to 60+ minutes

Real work on the aim.

  • A focus timer with a Live Activity and Dynamic Island countdown and an Apple Watch mirror, tagged to a specific plan action.
  • A daily target ring: thirty minutes required, sixty or more as the goal.
  • Forge Hours, weekly and lifetime, are the app's main measure of progress.
  • Every session ends with one line: "What moved?" That line becomes evidence.
Evening Reckoning · about 10 minutes

Account for the day.

  • Review what got done and what did not. A miss triggers an if-then repair, not shame.
  • Principle Scorecard: rate yourself on the week's focus principle, Franklin-style.
  • Evidence Vault: log proof of progress. Faith is built on evidence.
  • Night Statement, the second daily reading, with optional Sleep Programming audio.
"Tell the world what you intend to do, but first show it."
Napoleon Hill, Think and Grow Rich, 1937

Four ideas that run through all thirteen

Clarity before intensity

Name the future you are willing to work for.

A definite purpose gives your attention a direction. Make it specific, give it a date, and decide what you will contribute in return. In the app, Ignimani pushes back on vague aims until yours is exact.

03 / Ignimani and the Council

AI feature · clearly labeled in the app

A coach who remembers.
A council that argues.

Ignimani is the AI coach. It is on every screen behind one ember button, reads your Dossier so advice is specific, names the bottleneck in your weekly plan review, and gives you one to three concrete moves. It will not flatter you.

The Council of Invisible Counselors is Hill's own practice of imagined counsel, made usable. Ask one counselor, or convene three to five: each answers in character, they debate briefly, and the chair synthesizes a recommendation with next actions. A short Nightly Cabinet session closes the day.

Every counselor is an AI persona inspired by the publicly known ideas of a historical figure. None is the real person, none claims to be, and none uses a real likeness. You can add your own counselors, archetypes or historical figures, under the same rule. Read what the AI is and is not.

  • CarnegieInspired by Andrew Carnegie. Organization and the Master Mind.
  • EdisonInspired by Thomas Edison. Persistence and invention.
  • FordInspired by Henry Ford. Decision and production.
  • LincolnInspired by Abraham Lincoln. Justice, patience and resolve.
  • EmersonInspired by Ralph Waldo Emerson. Self-reliance and intuition.
  • FranklinInspired by Benjamin Franklin. Virtue, habit and thrift.
  • The ProfessorInspired by Hill himself. Chair of the council.

"What is the single outcome that would make the next ninety days meaningful?"

Curated example prompts. No live AI runs on this website.

04 / Mastermind groups

No great aim
is reached alone.

"The Master Mind may be defined as: coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose."
Napoleon Hill, Think and Grow Rich, 1937

Two to eight people. One weekly meeting. Every commitment tracked.

Create an invite-only group, set its purpose, and share your aim with the people in it if you choose. The group has a feed, chat and voice notes, a shared calendar synced to iOS Calendar, and a scoreboard: total Forge hours, member streaks, commitments kept.

Meetings run on SYNTHARON's own video calling, not FaceTime. They ring like a real call, support picture-in-picture and screen share, and follow a Hill-style agenda shown live: wins, commitment check, hot seat, ideas round, new commitments.

An optional AI Facilitator joins as a participant to keep time and prompt each segment. Afterwards it writes the summary, the decisions, and each member's commitments, which drop straight into their plans with due dates. Recording and transcription only happen when every participant has accepted a clear on-screen consent prompt.

An accountability partner, the one-to-one version, is also included: they see your streak, Forge hours and misses according to your settings, and can send a nudge.

Before you begin

A little more clarity.

What is autosuggestion?

Hill's word for deliberately feeding your own mind a chosen idea through repetition, with emotion, until it shapes behavior. In SYNTHARON it is a measured practice: you read your statement aloud morning and night, the app verifies the recitation, and the reading is paired with a plan and real work. It is not a promise that repetition alone changes anything outside you.

Is SYNTHARON affiliated with Napoleon Hill or his Foundation?

No. SYNTHARON is an independent product built on the 1937 edition of Think and Grow Rich, which is in the public domain in the United States. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with the Napoleon Hill Foundation or Hill's estate. Every quotation on this site and in the app is drawn from that 1937 text.

Are the counselors real people?

No. Each counselor is an AI persona inspired by the publicly known ideas of a deceased historical figure, labeled as such in the app, with no photographs or real likenesses. If you add a counselor based on a living person, it is built as an archetype shaped by that person's public ideas and framed openly as imagined counsel. See What the AI is and is not.

Will SYNTHARON make me rich?

No app can promise that, and this one does not. SYNTHARON helps you decide what you want, plan for it, do the work daily and stay accountable. Outcomes depend on your aim, your circumstances and your effort. Ignimani and the counselors do not give personalized financial, legal or medical advice.

Which Apple features does it use?

iOS 26 with Live Activities and the Dynamic Island for Forge sessions, AlarmKit for the morning and night rituals, on-device speech recognition for Proof of Recitation, PencilKit for signing your statement, widgets, Control Center controls, Siri and App Intents, CallKit for meetings, and a companion Apple Watch app. HealthKit is opt-in.
